Lifco acquires Heinz Schuller KG in Germany

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in the German company Heinz Schuller KG. Schuller is a niche distributor of cable support system and products for lightning protection.  

Schuller reported net sales of approximately MEUR 22 in 2021 and has 44 employees. The company is located in Bindlach, Germany and will be consolidated in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Construction Materials. Consolidation is expected to take place in November 2022.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
