Lifco acquires Broughton Plant Hire and Sales in the UK

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the UK company Broughton Plant Hire and Sales Ltd.The company is a niche provider of plant hire solutions for the construction industry.
 

In 2022, Broughton Plant Hire and Sales reported net sales of approximately GBP 22 million. The company is based in Romford, UK and has 100 employees. Broughton Plant Hire and Sales will be consolidated in Business Area Demolition & Tools. Consolidation is expected to take place in March 2023.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in the current financial year.
