Lifco acquires Doxa Dental in Sweden from property company Doxa

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in the Swedish company Doxa Dental AB from the property company Doxa. Doxa Dental develops, manufactures and commercializes bioceramic dental materials.

Doxa Dental AB reported net sales of approximately SEK 12 million in 2021. The company is based in Uppsala, Sweden and operates primarily in the North American market. Sales and distribution mainly take place through the company's global distribution network. The business will be consolidated in the Dental business area during the first quarter of 2023.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in 2023.
