Lifco acquires EFKA Holding B.V. in the Netherlands

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in the Dutch company EFKA Holding B.V. The company manufactures customized aluminum frames for textiles that are used in various areas, such as exhibitions, offices and retail premises.

EFKA has about 40 employees and reported net sales of MEUR 11.6 in 2021. The company is based in Drachten in the Netherlands. EFKA will be consolidated in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Service and Distribution. Consolidation is expected to take place in the third quarter 2022.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
