Lifco acquires BCC Solutions Oy in Finland

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in BCC Solutions Oy. The company is a supplier of optical transceivers, fiber cabling, multiplexers, media converters, test and measurement instruments, mainly for the Finnish fiber installation market.

BCC Solutions has nine employees and reported net sales of approximately MEUR 11 in 2021. The company is based in Vantaa, Finland. BCC Solutions will be consolidated in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Construction Material. Consolidation is expected to take place in May, 2022.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
