Lifco acquires assets of Danish Zenith Dental

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Zenith Dental Aps. The company is a niche distributor of dental products in Denmark.

The acquired assets generated net sales of approximately MDKK 21 in 2020. The business will be consolidated in business area Dental. Consolidation is expected to take place in January 2022.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
