Lifco acquires British T. Freemantle Ltd

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire all the share of the British company T. Freemantle Ltd. The company is a niche manufacturer of cartoning and sleeving machinery.

In 2019, the acquired operation reported net sales of approximately 5.0 MGBP. The business is based in Scunthorpe, England and has around 40 employees. The company will be consolidated in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Service and Distribution.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
