Lifco acquires British UK POS

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire the majority of British UK POS. The company is a leading provider of visual display solutions that are sold directly to various customer segments in the UK.

In 2018, the acquired operation reported net sales of approximately 12 MGBP. The business is located in Manchester and employs about 60 employees. The operation will be consolidated in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Interiors for Service Vehicles. Following the acquisition, the division will be renamed Service and Distribution.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
