Lifco acquires Cangini Benne of Italy

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares of the Italian company Cangini Benne SRL. The company is a leading manufacturer of attachments for excavators and front loaders.

In 2020, Cangini Benne reported net sales of approximately MEUR 35. The company is based in Sarsina, Italy and has 115 employees. Cangini Benne will be consolidated in Business Area Demolition & Tools and consolidation is expected to take place in April, 2021.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in the current financial year.
