Lifco acquires Denterbridge of France

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire the French dental company Denterbridge. The company imports dental prosthetics that are offered to dentists in France.

In 2017, the acquired operations reported net sales of approximately 9 MEUR. The business is located in Paris and employs about 20 employees. The operation will be consolidated in Business Area Dental.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
