Lifco acquires DesignDental

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire the Danish dental company DesignDental. The company imports dental prosthetics and makes digital & Danish manufactured prosthetics that are offered to dentists in Denmark.

In 2015, DesignDental reported net sales of approximately 13 MDKK. The company will be consolidated in Business Area Dental. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.

DesignDental is located in Silkeborg, Denmark and employs nine people.
