Lifco acquires Doherty of New Zealand

Lifco’s subsidiary Kinshofer has signed an agreement to acquire Doherty of New Zealand, a supplier of quick couplers, buckets and other excavator products.

Beside adding additional product segments Doherty also improves Kinshofer’s distribution channel in New Zealand and Australia.

Doherty had revenues of approximately NZD 14 million (EUR 8.0 million) in 2017 (financial year ending 31 March 2017) and has 30 employees.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
