Lifco acquires Easy Life International B.V. in the Netherlands

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in Easy Life International B.V. The company is a manufacturer of consumables used for water purification and plant nutrition for aquariums.

Easy Life has six employees and reported net sales of approximately MEUR 3.3 in 2020. The company is based in Duiven in the Netherlands. Easy Life will be consolidated in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Environmental Technology. Consolidation is expected to take place in December, 2021.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
