Lifco acquires ERC Systems of Sweden
Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire ERC Systems of Sweden, which operates in the field of inspection and relining of sewage systems.
ERC Systems is located in Norrköping in Sweden and reported net sales of approximately 20 MSEK in 2017. The business employs eleven employees. The operation will be consolidated in the Proline Group in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Construction Material.
The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
