Lifco acquires German dental software company

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire the majority of the shares in Computer konkret AG that is developing, selling and supporting dental software to dentists and orthodontists in Germany.

In 2016, Computer konkret reported net sales of approximately 3,8 MEUR. The business employs about 50 employees and will be consolidated in Business Area Dental.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
