Lifco acquires leading Aquajet Systems

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire the majority of the Swedish hydro-demolition robot company Aquajet Systems. Aquajet Systems is a global leader in its market niche.

In 2015, Aquajet Systems reported net sales of approximately 60 MSEK and the company employs 20 people. Aquajet Systems will be consolidated in Business Area Demolition & Tools. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.

Aquajet Systems was founded in 1988 and is located in Holsbybrunn, Sweden.
