Lifco acquires MultiOne of Italy

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares of Italian MultiOne SRL. The company is a leading manufacturer of mini loaders and attachments.

In 2020, MultiOne reported net sales of approximately 27 MEUR. The company is based in Vicenza, Italy, and has 46 employees. MultiOne will be consolidated in Business Area Demolition & Tools, division Crane & Excavator Attachments.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
