Lifco acquires Wexman of Sweden

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire the majority of Wexman of Sweden. Wexman is a producer of workwear for professional use.

In 2017, Wexman reported sales of 46.4 MSEK and the company has twelve employees. Wexman is based in Tidaholm, Sweden. The company will be consolidated in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Forest.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
