Lifco establishes an MTN program of SEK 5 billion and publishes base prospectus

Lifco establishes an MTN program (Medium Term Notes) with a framework amount of SEK 5 billion that will provide the opportunity to issue bonds in the Swedish market.

For this purpose, Lifco has prepared a Swedish language base prospectus, which was approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority today. The prospectus is available on Lifco’s website lifco.se.

SEB is the lead bank for the MTN program and will together with Danske Bank participate as issuing agent. Advokatfirman Vinge has acted as legal advisor to Lifco.
