    Lifco establishes an MTN program of SEK 5 billion and publishes base prospectus

    Lifco  establishes an MTN program (Medium Term Notes) with a framework amount of SEK 5 billion that will provide the opportunity to issue bonds in the Swedish market. For this purpose, Lifco has prepared a Swedish language base prospectus, which was approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority today. The prospectus is available on Lifco’s website lifco.se. SEB is the lead bank for the MTN program and will together with Danske Bank participate as issuing agent.     Lifco publishes bond prospectuses and applies for listing of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm

    Lifco AB (publ) has applied for listing of two unsecured bond loans on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. On 21 March 2018, Lifco announced the issue of two unsecured bond loans of SEK 1,750 million in total with a tenor of two years. The first bond loan amounts to SEK 1,050 million and carries a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR +0.75% annually with an effective margin of 0.55%. The second bond loan amounts to SEK 700 million and carries a fixed rate of 0.405% annually. The company has applied for listing of the bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq

    Lifco  AB (publ) has resolved to issue two unsecured bond loans with a tenor of two years. The first bond loan amounts to SEK 1,050 million and carries a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR +0.75% annually with an effective margin of 0.55%. The second bond loan amounts to SEK 700 million and carries a fixed rate of 0.405% annually. The bonds generated strong investor interest and the issues were oversubscribed.
