Lifco sells companies within Division Sawmill Equipment

Lifco has signed an agreement to sell the companies AriVislanda AB and Renholmen AB within Division Sawmill Equipment. The companies are acquired by the Gothenburg based industrial group Profura.

AriVislanda and Renholmen offer equipment to sawmills. The two companies had total net sales in 2015 of SEK 153 million and have 63 employees. The sale will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.

Division Sawmill Equipment is part of Business Area Systems Solutions. The Division’s net sales amounted to SEK 796 million in 2015 and Systems Solutions’ net sales amounted to SEK 2,892 million.
