Lindab AB has on 19 May 2000 acquired totally 340.203 of the B-shares in Folkebolagen AB

PRESS RELEASE Lindab AB has on 19 May 2000 acquired totally 340.203 of the B-shares in Folkebolagen AB, which corresponds to 10 percent of the capital and 6 percent of the votes. Shareholders, representing 50 percent of the capital and 31 percent of the votes have committed themselves to accept Lindab's offer to the shareholders in Folkebolagen and to sell their shares to Lindab. This means that Lindab disposes of 60 percent of the share capital and 37 percent of the votes in Folkebolagen. The prospectus will be made public and sent out to shareholders in Folkeboalgen on 29 May 2000. The acceptance period is 30 May - 20 June 2000.
