Lindab has today acquired the business activities of Texas based Gowco, a manufacturing company within the ventilation industry with a turnover of USD 4 million and 22 employees.

 

Lindab is already established in Eastern USA. The acquisition of Gowco will strengthen Lindab's position in Southern USA. "Within the Ventilation business area, we are concentrating our efforts on circular air ducts, which are our core product. The acquisition of the production unit in Houston will help us reach customers in Southern USA, which is an important growth market for us," says Dick McCullough, President for Lindab Inc.
