Lindab acquisition in Switzerland within business area Ventilation

Lindab acquisition in Switzerland within business area Ventilation Lindab has signed an agreement about the acquisition of the business of Bartholet AG in Wetzikon (Zurich), a Swiss ventilation company with three branch offices. Bartholet manufactures and sells round and oval ventilation duct systems. The operation employs about 100 people today and will be taken over on 4 October 1999. The acquisition is expected to increase sales of the Group's products in Switzerland. The purchase will not affect the earnings forecast for 1999. Sales during 1998 amounted to SEK 3,300M and the number of employees was approximately 2,700.
