Lars E.W. Nilsson, President of Lindab Inc. since the company was formed in 1993, has decided to retire and will leave the company on 1 May 2004. During his management Lindab Inc. has grown to be the largest manufacturer of circular duct systems in the USA.

 

Mr. Dick R. McCullough has been appointed new President of Lindab Inc. He takes up his position on May 1, 2004. Dick McCullough has during the last 12 years had a similar position at Reznor, a company within the HVAC business with a turnover of 120 MUSD and over 1,000 employees.
