LINDAB OWNS 76 PERCENT OF THE CAPITAL AND 85 PERCENT OF THE VOTING RIGHTS IN FOLKEBOLAGEN
2 524 362 shares, which represents 76 percent of the shares and 85 percent of the voting rights. Due to Lindab's acquisition of the shares the Board of Directors of Folkebolagen has summoned shareholders to an extraordinary general meeting on June 14. The notice to attend will be published separately.

76 % of the capital and 85 % of the voting rights in Folkebolagen. To accelerate the integration between the two companies the Board of Directors of Folkebolagen has decided to hold an extraordinary general meeting", says CEO and Managing Director Carl-Gustaf Sondén in a comment.
