"Consistent effort and hard work by the entire organisation has borne fruit," says CEO, Kjell Åkesson. "We have successfully streamlined our Ventilation business, strengthened our Building Components division and created more complete offerings within Building Systems."

"In addition, we have been successful with several strategic acquisitions and have enjoyed fair winds from the building trend over the past 15 months. This year's highlight was the acquisition of CCL Veloduct Ltd, the UK's leading distributor of circular ventilation ducts."

"The Nordic as well as the Central and Eastern European markets remain strong. The Central and Eastern European region represents close to 30% of our sales and is growing faster than the rest of Europe. Therefore, our expansion eastward continues, notably with manufacturing units in Russia and sales companies in four new countries." concludes Kjell Åkesson.
