Lindab's Nomination Committee
We hereby announce that the Chairman of the Board, Svend Holst-Nielsen, in accordance with AGM resolutions and following consultation with the company's three largest owners, has appointed the Nomination Committee comprising the following:
- Arne Karlsson, representing Ratos AB (publ), Chairman
- Caroline af Ugglas, representing Skandia Liv
- Urmas Kruusval, representing Sjätte AP-fonden
- Svend Holst-Nielsen, Chairman of the board of Lindab International AB
In accordance with an AGM resolution, the Nomination Committee shall evaluate the composition and work of the Board of Directors and will draft proposals for the 2009 AGM regarding:
- Election of a Chairman for the AGM.
- Election of the Board of Directors and of a Chairman of the Board
- Election of auditors, when applicable, in conjunction with the company's Audit Committee
- Fees to Board members, any committees and auditors
- Composition of the Nomination Committee for the 2009 AGM

The company will announce the date for the 2009 AGM when reporting the third quarter of 2008.
Shareholders who wish to submit a proposal for consideration at the AGM should send these to the Chairman of the Board (at the above address) in reasonable time prior to publication of the notice of the meeting, which is scheduled for the end of March 2009.
