Lindab sells nine commercial properties

Report this content
Lindab has sold nine commercial properties to property management company Brinova, at a value of approx. SEK 79 million.

"This is a step in our efforts to reduce tied-up capital", says Lindab's CFO, Nils-Johan Andersson. "Through the transaction we have released SEK 79 million. At the same time we have signed a leasing agreement for all of the properties and continue to run the business in the same way as before. This does not constitute any change for the operations of our outlets."

Lindab runs 28 outlets in Sweden, stocking and selling Lindab products that cater for the construction and ventilation industries. The majority of these properties are not directly owned by Lindab, but are used under lease.
