The business activities of Scandab AB, subsidiary of Lindab Group, have been sold to Dantherm Filtration AB. Through this acquisition, Dantherm will take a leading position in the Swedish dust extraction market. All 19 employees at Scandab will be offered employment within the new organisation.

 

"For Lindab this is a further step in our "Back to Basics" strategy for the Business Area Ventilation, focussing on our core products: circular air ducts and ventilations products," says Kjell Åkesson, CEO for Lindab.

 

The sale will have a marginal effect on the Lindab group result, improving cash flow.
