Nomination Committee; Lindab International AB (publ)
It is hereby announced that the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Peter Nilsson, in accordance with the AGM resolution and following consultation with the company's three largest owners, has appointed a Nomination Committee comprising the following:
- Sven Hagströmer, representing Creades AB
- Carl Cederschiöld, representing Handelsbanken Fonder
- Göran Espelund, representing Lannebo Fonder AB
- Peter Nilsson, Chairman of the Board of Lindab International AB (publ)
Sven Hagströmer has been appointed Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
In accordance with an AGM resolution, the Nomination Committee will evaluate the composition and work of the Board of Directors and will submit proposals for the 2017 AGM regarding:
- Election of a Chairman for the AGM
- Election of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board
- Fees to Board members, any committees and auditors
- Composition of the Nomination Committee for the 2018 AGM

The company will announce the date for the 2017 AGM in connection to the announcement of the report for the third quarter 2016.
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to be addressed at the AGM should send these to the Chairman of the Board (at the above address) in good time prior to publication of the notice to attend the meeting, which is scheduled to take place in the beginning of April 2017.
