This means that Lindab disposes of 60 percent of the share capital and 37 percent of the votes in Folkebolagen.
The prospectus will be made public and sent out to shareholders in Folkeboalgen on 29 May 2000. The acceptance period is 30 May - 20 June 2000. Payment to those accepting the offer will take place in the beginning of July 2000
