Change in Group Management Team of Lindex Group plc

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Lindex Group plc and member of the Group Management Team Annelie Forsberg has decided to leave the company to pursue new career opportunities outside the company. She will continue working at Lindex Group until early autumn 2024. The recruitment process for a new CFO has been initiated.

“I extend my warmest thanks to Annelie for her valuable work in the transformation of the Lindex division and Lindex Group. Together, we have succeeded in improving the profitability of the Group, updating the strategies and financial goals for both divisions and taking the corporate restructuring process to its final stretch,” says Susanne Ehnbåge, CEO of Lindex Group plc. “Today, the Group is able to focus on accelerating growth and further increasing shareholder value. Thanks to her strong leadership and business skills, Annelie has had a central role in this journey, and I wish her all the best in the future,” Ehnbåge adds.

“My nearly six years with Lindex and later also with Lindex Group have been truly rewarding in many ways – not only for me as a CFO, but for the company’s successful development. I am confident that Lindex Group’s talented team will continue the journey towards the company’s growth and strategic goals,” says Annelie Forsberg.
