Loomis´ Annual Report for 2010 is now available at www.loomis.com.

The Annual Report will be distributed by post, starting May 2, 2011 to the Swedish shareholders that have not declined to receive a printed version. A copy of the Annual Report can be ordered online by sending an e-mail to ir@loomis.com.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday May 11, 2011 at 5 pm CET in the AnnaRella hall at Scandic Sergel Plaza, Brunkebergstorg 9, Stockholm.
