    Loomis acquires Automatia in Finland

    Loomis AB has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of Automatia Pankkiautomaatit Oy (Automatia) from present owners Danske Bank, Nordea, and OP Financial Group. The enterprise value, i.e. purchase price plus acquired net debt, is approximately EUR 42 million.     Loomis AB has, through the wholly owned subsidiary Loomis Sverige AB (Loomis Sverige), entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of Nokas Värdehantering AB (Nokas Värdehantering), a subsidiary of Nokas Kontandthåntering AS in Norway.  The enterprise value, i.e. purchase price plus acquired net debt, is approximately SEK 80 million.     Loomis AB (publ) issues bonds of SEK 1,750 million

    The bonds have a 4 year maturity with the maturity date September 18, 2023. The bond have a floating interest rate of 3 months Stibor plus 1,15%. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing of debt. The bond issue of SEK 1,750 million is within Loomis current MTN-programme. Arranger of the MTN-programme is Nordea Bank Abp and joint book runners for this transaction were Nordea Bank AB and Dansk Bank A/S. The bonds will be listed at NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.     Loomis expands by acquiring Prosegur Cash in France

    Loomis AB has, through a wholly owned subsidiary, entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of Prosegur Cash Holding France (PCF). PCF conducts primarily domestic cash handling services in France and has its head office in Lyon. The final purchase price will be determined on closing of the transaction. The closing date is expected to be in the third quarter, 2019, pending local works council procedures and approval by the French foreign investment regulator.     Loomis reports segmented key financial numbers based on the new organization

    On November 22, 2018, Loomis announced that segment International will cease to be a separate segment starting January 1, 2019. The intention is to better capture growth opportunities and to create further efficiencies.     Investment AB Latour and Melker Schörling AB have divested all of their class A shares in Loomis

    Loomis AB (“Loomis”) has been informed that Investment AB Latour (publ), through its subsidiary Latour Förvaltning AB, has accepted a bid and thereafter sold 2,528,520 class A shares in Loomis, corresponding to 3.4 per cent of the capital and 23.8 per cent of the votes in Loomis at an aggregate purchase price of approximately SEK 0.8 billion, and that Melker Schörling AB has accepted a bid and thereafter sold 900,000 class A shares in Loomis, corresponding to 1.2 per cent of the capital and 8.5 per cent of the votes in Loomis at an aggregate purchase price of approximately SEK 0.3 billion.

    Loomis has divested fine art storage and logistics services

    Loomis AB has, through a wholly owned subsidiary, divested its fine art storage and logistics business (“Artcare”) to Iron Mountain (Schweiz) AG. Artcare was acquired as part of the VIA MAT acquisition in 2014 and is deemed none-core for Loomis.     Loomis receives regulatory approval for the acquisition of CPoR

    On June 4, 2018 Loomis AB announced that it had, through a wholly owned subsidiary, entered into an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in CPoR Devises (“CPoR”) in France. The transaction was subject to local works council procedures and approval of ACPR, the French financial market regulator.     Loomis AB’s subsidiary in the US is excited to announce it has signed a five-year contract to install and service approximately 1,000 new SafePoint units for a national convenience store chain.
