Loomis signs loan agreement of SEK 600 million with the Nordic Investment Bank

Loomis AB has signed a SEK 600 million loan agreement with the Nordic Investment Bank. The loan has an eight-year term with a linear amortization starting four years after disbursement. Loomis will use the proceeds from the loan to finance investments, in the period up to 2025, supporting its ongoing digital transformation, including for example investments in IT infrastructure and further enhancing Loomis’ customer offering.
