    Loomis signs strategic SafePoint agreement in the US

    Loomis AB’s subsidiary in the U.S. has entered into an agreement with Jack in the Box’s National Franchise Association to place and service approximately 1,000 SafePoint units in the U.S. The contract runs over 5 years with total estimated revenue exceeding USD 18 million, corresponding to approximately SEK 150 million.     Loomis AB (publ) issues bonds of SEK 1 billion and signs loan agreement of CHF 90 million with Nordic Investment Bank

    The proceeds will be used to refinance the bridge loan that was raised in conjunction with the acquisition of VIA MAT in Switzerland in May 2014.The bond issue of SEK 1 billion was oversubscribed and is the first issue of a newly established MTN programme. The programme enables Loomis to issue bonds in the Swedish market up to a total amount of SEK 3 billion. The bonds are split into two tranches, fixed and floating, and have a 5 year maturity with the maturity date December 18, 2019.     Loomis signs an agreement with Tesco in the UK

    Loomis AB’s subsidiary in the UK has entered into an agreement with Tesco to service its 3,700 ATMs across the UK. Loomis will be responsible for replenishment and maintenance of Tesco’s entire remote ATM estate. The transition of work to Loomis will commence immediately and is expected to be fully rolled out during the second quarter 2015. Fully rolled out, the annual revenue is expected to exceed GBP 20 million corresponding to approximately SEK 230 million. The maintenance services will be performed by a technical service partner.     Loomis releases new financial targets

    Today Loomis AB (publ) is having a Capital Markets Day (“CMD”) in London with the theme “Growing revenues but maintaining our focus on earnings and margins”. The management team will during the CMD exemplify growth potential and margin improvement initiatives and scenarios to support new financial targets. In 2010 the most important target of reaching 10 per cent operating margin (EBITA)1)by 2014 at the latest was set. The company is now very close to this target and has therefore decided to set new financial targets to illustrate the next step in Loomis development during 2014-2017.

    Loomis issues commercial papers

    Loomis has today completed a first issue under its recently established Swedish commercial paper program. The program enables Loomis to issue commercial papers up to a total amount of SEK 1,500 million. Commercial papers can be issued up to 12 months under the program. The commercial paper program forms a complement to Loomis core funding, diversifies the debt structure and creates increased flexibility concerning management of debt and liquidity.     Loomis’ subscription warrant program 2009/2013 is about to be concluded and a financial institution has been engaged to facilitate an efficient conclusion of the program for the participants. Members of Group Management have announced that they will subscribe for approximately 283,700 Loomis Class B shares and that they have sold approximately 627,000 warrants to the financial institution.     Anders Haker has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of cash handling company Loomis with effect from June 1, 2012. He succeeds Marcus Hagegård, who is moving to take up the position of CFO at Loomis’ business in the US – the Group’s largest segment, with approaching 40 percent of sales and employees.
