    Jarl Dahlfors, President and CEO of Loomis AB, has chosen to leave his position at Loomis. The recruitment process to appoint a new CEO has begun. Jarl Dahlfors remains in his position until the end of the year at the latest. Jarl Dahlfors was employed by Loomis in 2007 as CFO.     Loomis acquires retail cash handling operations in the UK

    Loomis AB’s subsidiary in the UK has reached an agreement to acquire the retail cash handling operations from Cardtronics UK as part of Cardtronics strategy to divest of a non-core business. The purchase price amounts to GBP 18.2 million, including GBP 3.7 million of fixed assets. The purchase price corresponds to approximately SEK 237 million. The acquired operations have annual revenue of approximately GBP 13.5 million (SEK 176 million) and will add customers within the retail segment.     Loomis AB (publ) issues bonds of SEK 1 billion and signs loan agreement of CHF 90 million with Nordic Investment Bank

    The proceeds will be used to refinance the bridge loan that was raised in conjunction with the acquisition of VIA MAT in Switzerland in May 2014.The bond issue of SEK 1 billion was oversubscribed and is the first issue of a newly established MTN programme. The programme enables Loomis to issue bonds in the Swedish market up to a total amount of SEK 3 billion. The bonds are split into two tranches, fixed and floating, and have a 5 year maturity with the maturity date December 18, 2019.     Loomis signs an agreement with Tesco in the UK

    Loomis AB’s subsidiary in the UK has entered into an agreement with Tesco to service its 3,700 ATMs across the UK. Loomis will be responsible for replenishment and maintenance of Tesco’s entire remote ATM estate. The transition of work to Loomis will commence immediately and is expected to be fully rolled out during the second quarter 2015. Fully rolled out, the annual revenue is expected to exceed GBP 20 million corresponding to approximately SEK 230 million. The maintenance services will be performed by a technical service partner.     Today Loomis AB (publ) is having a Capital Markets Day (“CMD”) in London with the theme “Growing revenues but maintaining our focus on earnings and margins”.     Loomis signs a Cash Management Services (CMS) contract with one of the leading financial institutions in the US

    Loomis AB’s subsidiary in the US has entered into an agreement with Bank of America to manage its cash processing and check imaging services in approximately 30 locations in the US. The appointment means that a portion of the bank’s notes and coins will be processed in Loomis’ current branches. The transition of work to existing Loomis branches will commence in the third quarter of 2014 and is expected to be fully integrated during the first quarter of 2016.     In line with the strategy to become the leading company in local markets Loomis has acquired G4S´s cash handling operation in Slovakia.
