Lars Blecko appointed as CEO until a new CEO assumes the position

On June 24, 2015, it was communicated that Jarl Dahlfors, President and CEO of Loomis has chosen to leave his position at Loomis. The recruitment process to appoint a new CEO has begun. Jarl Dahlfors will remain in his position until the end of August 2015.

As of September 1, 2015, Lars Blecko, Executive Vice President and Regional President USA will, in addition to his position in the US, assume the position as CEO of Loomis until a new CEO has been recruited.

"Lars has been President and CEO of Loomis during 2008 - 2013 and did an excellent job and delivered an unbroken series of operating margin improvements since he took over as CEO in 2008. He led the listing of Loomis at the Nasdaq OMX Stockholm stock exchange and he successfully managed Loomis to reach its financial targets. By Lars accepting the position as CEO, continuity is ensured until a new CEO is in place”, says Alf Göransson, Chairman of the Board of Loomis.
