Flexible Base Offers a Wild Side
In addition to their multicolor appeal, their flexible base – created by Hercules – is what makes the new Hercules Twist webcams unique in their genre. Featuring a thin metal frame clad in silicone that’s both soft and resistant, the base can fold and twist in any direction.
Because of its’ flexible nature, the base can adapt to any computer screen – whether desktop or portable – and express all of its user’s moods: in serious mode, super-busy, with its base extended; relaxed mode, with a laid-back look, calmly perched on a desk; or even a creative mood, showing off its wild side, like some sort of quirky streamer!
A High-Definition Collection
With HD 720p video quality, and incredibly smooth images (up to 30 frames per second), Hercules has succeeded in its quest to integrate High-Definition technology into a webcam with such a mini size (just 2.4 by 3.6 cm).
The Hercules HD Twist allows for high-definition large-sized images and video chats and in photo mode, users can enjoy 5 megapixels of resolution. Hercules HD Twist also features a noise-canceling microphone, fixed focus with no constraints (from 30 cm to infinity), 3X digital zoom and automatic face-tracking.
Additionally, the webcam comes bundled with a complete software suite (Hercules Webcam Station SE and Hercules Xtra Controller EX). The software offers multiple capture modes that are easy to use, lets users show their photos live during chats, and add hilarious effects. It also allows for conversion and transfer of files by email, with just one click.
What’s more, this webcam has been designed and optimized for the leading instant messaging applications.
