Acts of Kindness Cards Go Global During World Kindness Week
Acts of kindness cards, from Boom Boom! Revolution, travel globally to new retailers in Australia and South Africa during World Kindness Week.
SANTA CRUZ, CA – November 10, 2011 – Boom Boom! Cards intentional acts of kindness kits have made tremendous strides during World Kindness Week this year, landing on the shelves of Kindred Gifts in Australia, and l’Emile et Son in South Africa.
While the world celebrates a week dedicated to inspiring kindness in an effort to create a kinder world, Boom Boom! Revolution celebrates it acts of kindness cards global movement. Kindred Gifts, Australian based online gift shop for the unique and stylish, recently added Boom Boom!’s acts of kindness cards to their retail offerings. l’Emile et Son, a South African based shop that hand-picks products to enthuse and intrigue, incorporated Boom Boom! Cards in their recent preview event to give people an idea of the kind of products they are going to carry. l’Emile et Son’s major grand opening is scheduled for November 11th. Shop co-owner, Sonia Zocchi-Dommann, states, “We are so thrilled that the Boom Boom! Revolution awaits South Africa.”
Each deck of Boom Boom! Cards contains 26 individual acts of kindness to be performed and then ‘paid forward.’ The cards can be registered online in the Boom Boom! Community, at www.boomboomcards.com, where Agents of Altruism (cards carrying members of the Boom Boom! Revolution) post stories, videos, pictures, and track the cards as they get passed along all over the world.
Boom Boom! Revolution co-founder, Mary Beth Campbell, who’s in Ohio today speaking at Project Love’s Kickoff for Kindness event, says, “When I really think about it, it blows my mind. We’re so excited to finally let people know that Boom Boom! Revolution is global!”
In celebration of World Kindness Week, and with Thanksgiving just around the corner, Boom Boom! launched a giveaway on November 7thto express their gratitude and appreciation for their loyal Agents of Altruism. Winners will receive their choice of Boom Boom! Cards, with one grand prize winner also receiving a $150 donation to their local food bank, care of Boom Boom! Revolution.
