Clear Computing Service Management Software Web Station Trials Now Available
Trial new service management software web stations today to experience the convenience of allowing sales personnel, drivers, and service customers access TAC Online data
TINTON FALLS, NJ – December 19, 2012 – Service management and dispatch software developer, Clear Computing, has made their recently released TAC Online web stations available for trial to existing customers. The service industry software web stations provide restricted access to system data for drivers, sales personnel and more. For those uncertain about utilizing the new web stations, Clear Computing has shared demo site and login information, allowing customers to test the browser-based stations prior to purchase.
Currently, the following dispatch software stations are available for trial:
- Read-Only: Meant for employees who need access to information, balances and more without the option to edit or add data.
- Service Routes: Designed for the service route driver to replace route sheets and capture driver progress throughout the day. Completed work status is immediately available in the TAC Online account, detailing driver location and the profit and loss per stop.
The remaining service management software stations will be available for demo over the next few months: Work Orders, Sales, and Customer Access. Meeting the industry demand for fresh web applications that allow dispatch and delivery companies to receive a higher level of service at a lower cost, Clear Computing is thrilled to provide customers trial access to its browser-based stations.
At only $19.95 per month, the web-based stations function as the latest extension of TAC Online, known for its remote access features. Now, through the service industry software stations, software data can be accessed from any browser running on any device including Windows™, Apple®, Droid™, iPhone®, iPad®, tablets, and more. “We’re pleased to take our online service software to the next level by presenting our customers with newly developed web stations that provide data access where it’s needed most – on-the-go,” says Joel Smith, Clear Computing’s Technology Officer.
