Updated DJ|iO DJ Audio Interface Now Shipping from Numark

(Sept. 29, 2011) – Numark, the world’s leading manufacturer of DJ technology, announces that the popular portable DJ|iO USB audio interface for DJs, is now shipping with a sleek new design and Virtual DJ software included. Numark will showcase the updated DJ|iO at booth F3 at BPM 2011 in Birmingham, England from October 1st – October 3rd.
DJ|iO is a PC and Mac compatible USB DJ audio interface which features 24-bit audio, boasting a sample rate of 44.1kHz. DJ|iO is both rugged and compact for easy transportation and is also powerful enough to provide solutions for a wide range of audio I/O needs specific to DJs. Featuring ultra-low latency audio via ASIO drivers, DJ|iO has two independent pairs of RCA stereo outputs that can be configured in software to route independent players or a mix of master and cueing output. An optional mic input with adjustable gain is provided for use on Stereo Output One (main mix) and a ¼” stereo headphone output is provided for monitoring on Stereo Output Two (monitor mix). The DJ|iO is USB bus powered.
Virtual DJ Home software is now included with DJ|iO, giving DJs the ability to start mixing immediately. DJ|iO’s elegant new chassis is bright silver, which makes this DJ audio interface a great-looking addition to any setup.
