Eagle Filters Oy corporate restructuring program has ended
Loudspring reported earlier that its 100% owned subsidiary Eagle Filters has paid all remaining payments of the debts of its corporate restructuring program in advance to the repayment schedule. Eagle Filters then applied for the premature termination of the program, and the program has now ended. The program lasted for over six years.
Loudspring CEO Jarkko Joki-Tokola: We are happy to announce the end of Eagle Filters' corporate restructuring program. This is another step in our transition to become an industrial company and we hope that this will enable lower cost of capital for Eagle Filters.
