Loudspring uses its subscription rights in Enersize Oyj’s rights issue
Loudspring has fully used its subscription rights in the ongoing rights issue of Enersize Oyj (Nasdaq First North ticker: ENERS). Loudspring has also made an additional subscription in order to increase its ownership in Enersize Oyj.
Prior to the emission Loudspring owns 19,2% of Enersize.
