Nuuka Solutions Oy has closed a funding round with YIT Ventures

Loudspring core portfolio company Nuuka Solutions Oy (“Nuuka”) has closed a significant funding round with YIT Ventures, the venture arm of Finnish multinational construction company YIT Group (“YIT”) with a market capitalization of EUR 1 mrd. YIT ownership after transaction 20.20% (fully diluted). Loudspring’s fully diluted ownership of Nuuka after the YIT transaction is 37.31%.
