Sofi Filtration closes 3 million euro funding round
Loudspring portfolio company Sofi Filtration has announced that is has closed an EUR 3 million funding round led by Emerald Technology Ventures, who is co-investing with Voima Ventures. Alongside with the primary transaction a secondary transaction was conducted with selected investors including Loudspring Oyj. Loudspring’s fully diluted ownership of Sofi Filtration after the investment and secondary transactions is 20,9% vs. 24,7% prior to said transactions.

“There is a rapidly growing international market for Sofi’s solutions and we have selected to protect our ownership in Sofi by purchasing shares in Sofi from early investors in connection to this investment round. We were able to protect our ownership on favourable terms and are thrilled to continue supporting Sofi on its growth journey."
