JENNA AND LARA JOIN GROWING TEAM AT LUCID PR

Inverness-based Lucid PR, Events and Marketing has appointed award-winning journalist Jenna MacCulloch as client service controller to add to its growing staff.

Jenna formerly worked at the Highlands News for six years and was voted Reporter of the Year in the Highlands and Islands Media Awards in 2012.

She is the third award-winning journalist to enhance Lucid’s growing team of experienced professionals.

John Ross, formerly Highlands and Islands correspondent with The Scotsman, joined as news and media manager in 2012, and ex BBC reporter and presenter Iain Macdonald became an associate earlier this year.

Lara Gilchrist, who is currently studying for a business management degree at the University of the Highlands and Islands, has also joined Lucid as a PR executive.

The appointments take the Lucid workforce to 13.

Peter Kane, Lucid’s managing director, said: “Jenna and Lara are great additions to the Lucid team and will help us to prepare for further expansion plans in the next month or two.

“It will also ensure our growth in PR and public affairs in sectors such as energy, IT, education and science."
