Lyten completes the transactions regarding Northvolt

On 6 August 2025, the bankruptcy estate of Northvolt AB, Northvolt Ett AB and Northvolt Labs AB entered into a sale and purchase agreement regarding the main assets in said bankruptcies. Mikael Kubu, Ackordscentralen, is appointed as bankruptcy trustee in said bankruptcies. In connection therewith, the bankruptcy estate of Northvolt Ett Expansion AB entered into an asset transfer agreement. Jonas Premfors, DLA Piper, is appointed as bankruptcy trustee in the bankruptcy regarding Northvolt Ett Expansion AB. Lyten has now completed said transactions and the legal title to the assets
