Magnolia Bostad reschedules the expiry date for priority allocation of new bonds in connection with tender offer of certain outstanding bonds

Magnolia Bostad AB (publ) ("Magnolia Bostad") reschedules the expiry date for priority allocation of new bonds in connection with the tender offer (the "Tender Offer") in respect of Magnolia Bostad's outstanding SEK 600,000,000[1] senior unsecured bonds 2016/2021 (the "Bonds") from 12.00 CET on 11 March 2021 to 16.00 CET on 10 March 2021.

As previously announced in a press release dated 8 March 2021, Magnolia Bostad is offering holders of the Bonds to tender their Bonds for purchase by Magnolia Bostad for cash. In connection with the Tender Offer, Magnolia Bostad has also announced that it contemplates to issue new SEK denominated senior unsecured green bonds with an expected volume SEK 500,000,000 under a framework of SEK 1,000,000,000 and with an expected tenor of 4.0 years (the "New Bonds"), subject to market conditions.

Magnolia Bostad has, in accordance with its rights set out in the terms of the Tender Offer, decided to reschedule the expiry for priority allocation of New Bonds for holders of Bonds participating in the Tender Offer from 12.00 CET 11 March 2021 to 16.00 CET 10 March 2021. The Tender Offer still expires 12.00 CET on 11 March 2021, unless extended, re-opened, withdrawn or terminated following a new decision by Magnolia Bostad, but holders of Bonds accepting the offer after 16.00 CET 10 March 2021 are thus not entitled to priority allocation of New Bonds. 

The Tender Offer remains conditional upon a successful issue of the New Bonds.
